SRAC PERSONAL TRAINING DEPARTMENT
Mission and Philosophy
The Personal Training Department here at
Snoqualmie Ridge Athletic Club is dedicated to providing you with the best
training services possible. Our mission is to educate and help motivate you to reach
fitness goals and achieve your full potential. By following the three tier model
provided in our F.I.T. program, we will take you
through the basics of health and fitness to find out more about where you stand and what
you would like to accomplish. Furthermore, we maintain a holistic approach in evaluating
your fitness levels and lifestyle as we begin creating a personalized program to assist
you in reaching your objectives. At the core of our philosophy lies the importance of
building value with our members and being passionate about helping others learn to live
a healthier lifestyle. We look forward to providing direction, motivation, and real
results as you set out on your path to looking and feeling better!
SRAC F.I.T. Program
The
Foundation
Building a solid foundation is the key
to constructing a strong body and mind. Our Fitness Assessments help us establish a good
start and provide an opportunity to know what our members need and what they would like
to accomplish. The foundation is essential to building value and taking into account the
whole person. Standard measurements are applied to gauge various levels of physical
fitness and health.
Incorporation
We then incorporate the information
provided in the first step by creating a personal fitness program specialized to fit
your needs. The philosophy which drives this department and its services is
characterized by the mind set of allowing our trainers to develop fitness programs that
accentuate the trainer’s strengths, interests, and specialties. In this way, we can
incorporate dynamic routines that assist you in structuring your vision and goals for
fitness.
Working
Together
Continued one-on-one training and
commitment to you and our program will yield real results and provide an opportunity to
not only achieve your goals, but also make changes to improve the overall quality of
your life. We believe it is the experience of interacting with members on a consistent
basis and educating you about health and fitness that determines both your success as
well as ours.
Justin Gardner .::. Lead Trainer
I’m Justin Gardner, the Lead Trainer
here at SRAC. Competitor is probably the best word to describe me. I started Personal
Training and helping friends and family at the age of 17 and have been competing in
Mixed Martial Arts for five years. I have worked at a couple of the larger gyms, finding
them to be more focused on sales than health – this is the reason I love SRAC and the
member-focused environment it provides. We have structured this department to really
take into account your needs... it doesn’t matter what your goals are, I’m here to help
you get there.
Dave Cole .::. Personal Trainer
Becky Beckelman .::. Personal Trainer
My name is Becky Beckelman. I am a
Northwest native and fully embrace exercise as a lifestyle choice. I teach group
exercise for The Boeing Company and do some independent personal training for women. I
have taught group exercise for 5 years and thoroughly enjoy strength-based programs. I
hold ACE certifications for Group Exercise and Personal Training as well as a Bachelor
of Arts degree from CWU. I have always made exercise a part of my life and enjoy
empowering others to do the same.
Chaz Carr .::. Personal Trainer

Hey, I’m Chaz. I grew up in Snoqualmie Valley and have played both football & baseball my entire life as well as had a passion for staying in shape and helping people become better athletes. I played and intensely trained at the collegiate level, which served as preparation for my current position as the Head Coach for Mt. Si High School’s Baseball team. I am also in the process of finishing my Teacher’s Certification at UW, and studying to become a certified Personal Trainer. I love working with people and seeing them achieve success. That’s why I’m here - to help you stay healthy and fit!
Peter Prescott .::. Fitness Specialist
I am a Seattle area native with a passion for sports, exercise and the outdoors. I have been teaching as a physical educator for six years after finishing my Master of Science in Sports and Exercise Leadership from Seattle Pacific University. Education and instruction has been a life long passion. I believe health and fitness should be a long-term lifestyle decision that affects every aspect of your life for the better. The time you spend in the gym can positively affect your physical health, emotional wellness, and your passion of choice. Working hard here, helps you to excel out there.
