possible environment for you to experience group energy at its highest level. No matter
what your fitness background is, we have a variety of classes to choose from that will
not only challenge you to reach beyond your limits, but also provide you with proper
instruction to ensure maximum results. From classic aerobics to cutting-edge cycle and
cardio/strength formats, our Group X Department gives you the tools to engage in an
upbeat program and reap the benefits of group exercise!

CYCLE
Larry's CYCLE Class! A challenging, self-paced workout guided by your very own drill instructor Larry. Before you start your day, experience the intensity of cycling with a great workout!
CYCLE with Kathleen! Cycle training using resistance and pedal speed to create an intense and invigorating workout. For beginning to veteran cyclists. This cardiovascular/strength class uses the newest edition of LeMond RevMaster cycles.
Paul's SUPER RIDE! Feel your energy surge with this fun, high-powered 60 –minute indoor cycling class including drills, hills and sprints. For those individuals looking for a killer cardio and strength workout, cycling is for you! Paul instructs a safe, non-impact class which uses aerobic and anaerobic drills to challenge participants (endurance, strength and interval).
Nancy D's CYCLE Class! Cycle training using resistance and pedal speed to create an intense and invigorating workout. For beginning to veteran cyclists. This cardiovascular/strength class uses the newest edition of LeMond RevMaster cycles.
STRENGTH
Nancy Blue's STRENGTH: A muscle strengthening class designed to improve functional strength by targeting all the major muscle groups and working them to fatigue. This class focuses on execution of proper form and technique set to upbeat music in order to keep your workout fun and interesting!
Nancy D's Strength Class: This strength training class is designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, utilizing all major muscle groups of the body. Dumbbells and other equipment will be incorporated into the workouts. All fitness levels are welcome.
Nancy D's Muscle Works is strength training for LIFE! This class incorporates stabilization, strength, power & agility into one class. Class may also include moderate cardiovascular elements and is suited for all fitness levels.
YOGA / PILATES
Yoga with Nancy Blue is an active, flowing, Vinyasa style of yoga with modifications and principles of alignment. The participant will experience improved strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, and reduced stress. The environment is set to help you feel safe as well as provide an environment to challenge you. All fitness levels are welcome!
Flow Yoga with Leslie is a class connecting movement and breath to build strength, stamina, and flexibility through a flowing series of traditional yoga poses! This class is held to music and offers options for participants of all levels.
Yoga with Tara in the Forrest tradition! Focus your mind & body and experience rejuvenating results with various poses and challenging movements.
Kathleen's PILATES Class improves strength, flexiblility, coordination, balance and alignment while focusing on core stabilization muscles. Experience relief from stress as you enjoy this revitalizing method of mind/body conditioning based on the philosophy of J.H. Pilates.
CORE / AEROBICS
Julie's EXTREME CARDIO: If you are looking for a fun high cardio workout, this class is for you! This popular combination of cardio kick and box aerobics will work your entire body while providing maximum calorie burn. Class will finish with a well deserved cool down and stretch. All fitness levels are welcome.
Julie's POWER STEP: A high-powered Step class designed for intermediate to advanced steppers. Multiple steps may be used to increase intensity and keep this energetic class a favorite with Step enthusiasts. Class begins with a traditional warm up and ends with ab work and cool down on the floor
Julie's Stability Ball Training: This class is designed to train our core muscles to work together to achieve a continuous state of "balance". This balanced state is achieved by requiring the muscles to perform together in a prolonged contracted state, and produces great conditioning results. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Julie's Classical Stretch: This zero impact class combines stretching and isometric movement to re-balance the body, increase range of motion, and build long slender muscle. This is a trademarked scientifically proven technique that has become part of the training programs for many professional and Olympic athletes, yet its perfect for ANY fitness level
